My 2nd Level Seller Account got Suspended. Need Your Help!

Question

Posted

Hi Seniors!

I am really in grief to share that my 2nd lever seller account got suspended due to a slight mistake. An ***** client approached me for a task, and I offered him the price for doing his design project. All was set, I sent him a custom offer to place the order. My full intention was to do his work on the Fiverr platform, but he offered me to go outside of Fiverr, I am legit and confess that I tried to share my contact number. And what now, I received an email about my account marked as flagged. 😓

I agree it was wrong, but for a second, if we gauge the case, I did not intend to offer him to go outside of Fiverr, but he offered me first. So, I think he was the main culprit of this all happening. I have been emailing Customer Support to genuinely look into the case and check where it all started. But no! They are sending the same message again and again: and I feel this racism and nepotism. I think the customer support team is using the bots for responses and not giving value to 2nd level sellers; at least they should reply in genuinely and explain properly but no, I feel insecure I have been a 2nd LEVEL Seller, Fiverr market depends on the sellers, not on the buyers, and I was to be valued : (
Fiverr is making money using us, but not using the buyers. I am unhappy with customer support responses at all. : (

So, Can anyone here help me out with this case? I am really worried about the hard-earned account. I want to discuss my issue with customer support, but they are just replying in single messages to all the different emails. WHAT IS THIS?

NOTE; below is a screenshot where the client offered me to go outside while I was ready to do his task through Fiverr and had no intentions though.

Stating that this is a racist decision by Fiverr is very dangerous and very immiture of you.  You broke the rules and you got caught.

Blaming others for your own mistake, and hoping that if you play a racism card then the decision will be overturned is completely unprofessional.

Whether it was intentional or not, you still have violated the rules, hence you got punishment which is fair enough (sorry to say)..

Secondly, no one can help you with your case so better to contact Fiverr Support.

I'm surprised. You compromised years of your hard work just for $15. If the buyer asked you to do this, couldn't you guide or educate them about it? If they still insisted on contacting you outside the platform, you could have simply reported and blocked them. 😕
