urgent Help needed, My Fiverr account got permanently disabled after i verify my ID

Hi Fiverr Community.

Can someone help me in this serious case

My Fiverr account got permanently disabled after i verify my ID. I tried to contact them via support email but no response yet.

This is my cousin profile and I was just willing to confirm if any one here  give any advice and can i get my account back

How do i appeal to them and how do i clear my self.

this is something ridiculous, if the id was not submitted correctly they should ask me to re submit, to permanently disable my account is something that hits hard

I am really disturbed and really want to get in touch with support team

Hi there, hopefully the Customer Support team will be able to provide you with an additional verification attempt, you need to ask them if that's an option. Please check out this link and follow the steps to make sure you're doing everything correctly, since if your account got disabled, it happened after 3 failed attempts. Good luck 🍀
