Hey Fiverr Community,

I want you to read the following carefully, and please everyone should demand this feature back by submitting a support ticket (Fiverr Online Support).

I hope everyone is doing well. I wanted to bring up a topic that I believe many of us are feeling strongly about—the change to the online filter position.

The new drop-down menu format, while it might have its merits, has made it a bit cumbersome to quickly filter through online sellers. The previous position of the online filter was much more intuitive and user-friendly. It allowed us to swiftly navigate and find active sellers without the extra clicks.

This change impacts both buyers and sellers. For buyers, the ease of access and efficiency of the old filter meant quicker and more effective searches, leading to faster decision-making and less frustration. For sellers, being easily discoverable by potential clients is crucial for business growth and maintaining a steady stream of orders. The previous filter position supported this by making it simpler for buyers to find and connect with sellers who are currently online and ready to engage.

I understand that updates are meant to improve our experience, but in this case, it feels like a step back. The ease of access and efficiency of the old filter was something that many of us appreciated.

Could Fiverr please consider reverting to the previous format? Or perhaps, offer an option to choose between the two? I believe this small change could significantly enhance our user experience.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and feedback!

Best regards,

M Zeeshan

If buyers had asked/complained about the missing filter, Fiverr would have reinstated it by now.

Its only desperate-minsinformed sellers who complain about this button.

This unpleasant, insulting and derogatory comment is not at all helpful. New buyers might have never known the old filter. This seller obviously does care about this so is completely justified in pointing it out without being abused for mentioning it. Fiverr might see fit to reinstate it. Please don't abuse people who genuinely want to point out what they see is a failing even if you don't!

Perhaps Fiverr has better analytics and feedback from buyers about what features are preferably required on the interface and they acted accordingly.

And this misconception of "staying online will bring you orders" is possibly as old as Fiverr's existence.
