Fiverr withdrawal method disabled

Hello Fiverr community please my withdrawal method was disabled and Fiverr said they aren't returning my funds due to the payment method being used by someone else before in which I admit my mistake and told them I will use another one but they still insist on taking the money please what is the way forward

I don't know what is wrong with this Fiverr holding freelancer funds, this isn't proper, you want to get hold of our hard earnings for yourself I taught am the only one before then I see a lot of people facing the same issue, you always find a way to make things hard for freelancer with your rules and regulations whnr you are not the one that is working for the money why won't you wanted to collect it, this your platform is turning to scamming websites holding freelancer funds for yourself, and have begged you people to release my funds but no reply i can see that you people are intentionally doing this i kindly beg to reply to my ticket i really need ny funds you keep saying there is nothing you can do when you are not the one that works for it the manager/taff all of them are now becoming something else is it a must to hold the money let me withdraw  then you can closed my account not returning the funds is a big issue

Hi there, sorry to read this was the case with your account and withdrawal method. Sadly here on the Forum there are no Customer Support team members, so there's no way to help here. Also, if the CS team already confirmed that the issue has been reviewed multiple times and a decision is made, it cannot be changed and there's nobody who can in any way influence it. If the violations you made were in connection to the withdrawal method, that might have caused this. Good luck with your future endeavors outside Fiverr 🍀

@ana_tomy you people are actually playing cause it's funny how you get hold of the money that I work hard for because I came to your platform to work now give you people influence to be doing anyhow it's not your fault be eating the money you will spend it finish and still hold another people's money, it's good how you people are doing now it will make freelancer to be wise and leave your platform continue with your cruel rules and regulations getting hold of people's money
