Issue: Buyers are unable to receive notifications about communication/work shared on the Order Page

Hi @Kesha @Lena,

Can you please ask the back-end team to check -  what is going on with the order page mechanism for the buyers? This is literally an SOS situation.

How will buyers accept the delivery and provide public ratings to us, if they aren't getting notifications and can't access the order page? Plus if it spoils the working experience for them and it will reflect badly on the sellers.

This is happening to my buyers as well - and it's definitely affecting their experience. 

In general quite a few have been complaining about it these days (or just not coming back to me for up to a week after an update.) This not only can affect my rating but could also cause cancellations. 

I hope something can be done!

Update: I raised a ticket and this is what support came back with!!

I mean, in which universe, buyers have the time and bandwidth to raise a ticket informing the platform that they are NOT getting notifications. A large % of buyers don't even provide the 'order requirements' and feedback on time.

But also they might not know that they aren't getting notifications! For all we know they might cancel orders that are finished because they didn't see the delivery... 

Come on, Fiverr. 

(And I mean if it was only your buyers I'd get it but this seems to be happening to a lot of people...)
