Concern Regarding Sudden Drop in Success Score

 Hello Fiverr Support Team,  

I hope this message finds you well.  

Recently, I completed 4 successful projects with 5-star ratings, and my clients were highly satisfied with the work delivered. However, I noticed a significant drop in my Success Score, which seems unusual considering the positive feedback I’ve received.  

Could you kindly review my account and provide clarification on why this might have happened? I want to ensure my profile accurately reflects my performance and the quality of my work.

Yo're not alone. This is serious concern with fiverr! same happened with me!

I delivered 5 orders in past 2 months, with 5 star ratings and reviews. Buyers were fully satisfied, they have given me tip which is approx 20% of total order value.
I don't understand why success score drops to 5 from 6.

I tried hard to provide quality work work to all clients and also delivered those orders within time!
I'm on fiverr since 2015. This is quite discouraging !! 

When I checked details on success score, they stated:
"You're on way to qualify for the next level."

This same message was appearing since last month when my success score was 6.
Now it is 5, and I don't know what I did wrong and what things I can improve to increase the score!

thank you for your response . but i do my order with 5star and  a suitable cost . i don't know why my success score drop!

No resolution! I asked to supoort 2-3 times. But they are explaining same process again and again.

Constantly delivering best work.

Now my success score drops to 4. And my level will drop to 0 in next week! 

Worst thing is they they are comparing relatively with other seller. that should not be ideal for individual seller. I'm working in-dependently and other competitors are afford to get 5-7 team members then it is ofcourse that they will complete more orders monthly and their profile will level up fast.

SAD! but I'm not expecting anything positive from fiverr. 

No hope now.

The Success Score hurts sellers that do not sell as fast as others through no fault of their own.  All these metrics that FIVERR says they use to grade your score is kept from you when it should be easily available for data-mining.  It's a giant black box operation and it's super suspect in my opinion.
