How can I withdraw on my fiverr account that the withdrawal have been disable

Hello guys,

Help me out I a added a pay out method for the first on in other to withdraw my earning on fiverr (Payoneer) which was successfully added. I am withdrawing for the very first time on fiverr ans it was not successful, this is looking  like scam sorry to say because I don't understand what's going on and am a single mom with kids I actually want to withdraw the money to take of my kids and I see the withdraw option is disabled when I click the button I see "The withdrawal option was disabled. Please contact our customer support". I already contacted support team more 7 times. every time they reply me generic. which is below:

It was flagged when I think my withdrawal method and my account is not disabled yet it my withdrawal botton they disabled 

I don't know what to do right now

By mistake, did you add someone else's Paypal or Payoneer account, which might have been connected to another Fiverr account?

Hi there, sorry to see this is the case with your account. Sadly, nothing can be done from our end and the Customer Support team has already explained the reason for this in their previous emails.
