Video call with a Seller BEFORE an order is placed.

Hi.

So I and the Buyer wanted to enter into a discussion on the scope of a long term engagement. But nowhere could I find a way to initiate a video call. Is there any way to do this before an order is placed? Newbie here!

Since you're a new seller, you can ask the buyer to place a consultation custom order with you for $5-10 and order page for that order will have the "video call" functionality.

New sellers are not allowed to video call initially.

All freelancer can initiate a video call with Fiverr Pro and Fiver Select Client.

Freelancer need to have at least one order within the past 60 days.

@priyank_mod @aleyakhatun441 Thank you for your response. I guess i will have to hope that the Seller comes back for a consultation, but i get the feeling that i lost an opportunity 😞
