Can buyers order a gig during vacation mode?

Hello there! I was wondering if when the vacation mode is active buyers can order me gigs or send me messages.



The point is that I said to a particular buyer that in his case it would work in their orders, but I’m afraid he’s trying to buy a gig and can not.
