My account is TEMPORARILY DISABLED (how to fix?)

Hello. 

It's been a year since i last used fiver. Now when i logged onto my account it is temporarily disabled because my account wasn't compliant with DAC7 tax regulation. I have fixed that now but my account is STILL disabled. How can i fix this??

Only they can help you with your account-related issue. We, the sellers cannot do anything.

UPDATE

I have reach out to costumer support but they DONT HELP ME WITH THE ACTUAL PROBLEM (see the picture). I dont want to withdraw money, i want to be able to sell my GIGS.
