Hacked and Violated after gig by seller.

I had paid a professional looking profile (6 months ago) to help fix my CCTV cameras.. I suspected something was not right with my wifi and have just found out he's been watching us and messing with our wifi and cameras for 6 months. Completely ruined a $2500 cctv setup and I've got 3 kids.thats been watching and inside out system daily. Very scary and criminal.. 

 

Fiverr will not respond to my tickets. I've had to pay a private investigator to capture the packets and decrypt for proof. 

 

Any advice please on how to get Fiverr to acknowledge whats happening. I've sent them Numerous cries for help.My wife is beyond frightened and gutted this has been happening.

I am just curious, can I know what service you purchased from Fiverr - actually what service was that seller offering?
Did the profile have ratings and fair order completions?

I'll share all details as soon as I hear from Fiverr as it's in my eyes very serious and here in Australia would surely warrant jail time with such a serious violation of privacy. and want to go about dealing with this in the correct manner.

The seller was very well rated and professional profile.

Wow. First I read that a seller being stalked isn't receiving any help, and now this. Something really needs to change on this site. Maybe a lawyer and/or persistent mentioning on social media would help.
