First of welcome to the community:)
The question for you is do you have any funds to withdraw?

After you have significant funds to withdraw you should be able to choose paypal and connect paypal accordingly.
If you still face any issues - please drop a mail to fiverr support - support@fiverr.com.

Is your seller account active? On my end, I see that your seller account is not active yet.

i know that now so but my problem is also that i can't accept offers because i dont have a credit card and only paypal but i couldnt choose it as a payment method
