Hello Fiverr Community,

I've noticed that my Success Score has been stuck at 6 for some time now, even though I've consistently delivered orders with positive feedback and maintained a good completion rate.

I've checked my performance metrics, and everything seems fine, including the following:

  • On-time delivery
  • Positive reviews
  • High response rate

Despite this, my Success Score hasn't changed. I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this issue or if there are specific factors I might be overlooking.

Could this be related to Fiverr's evaluation system or a possible platform update? Any advice or insights on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Auto-completed orders negatively affect your SSS. Buyers can also leave private reviews, which can hurt your SSS if they are not good.
