I'll caution you, a LOT of people are saying that the "new strategy" is to leave Fiverr. Competition is fiercer, AI is subbing in, Buyers are fewer, and spam/scam messages are daily. And that's not including changes to the Fiverr platform itself.

Yes, there are still people earning their living wages here, but that's the exception from what I've read, not the norm.

Do not rely on Fiverr as your main source of income. It's up to you how much time you want to sink into learning about the changes, but know that Fiverr is just as secretive about stuff now as it has been for years. No one knows the algorithm.

Taking a long break can make it challenging to regain momentum, but with the right strategies, you can bring back traffic and even surpass your previous levels! Start by refreshing your profile, gigs, or content to ensure they’re updated and optimized for searchability. Highlight any new skills or services you’ve gained during your break to make your offerings more attractive. Consistency is key, so actively promoting your gigs or website on social media platforms, forums, or communities related to your niche can help you reconnect with your audience and attract new visitors. Consider offering limited-time discounts or unique packages to reignite interest and draw attention. Engaging with past clients by sending them personalized messages or updates can also help rekindle relationships and encourage repeat business. Most importantly, stay active on the platform or website—post regularly, interact with visitors or potential clients, and keep optimizing based on analytics. With effort and patience, you’ll see the traffic returning in no time!
