Someone with 1K+ reviews is supposed to know the basics of Fiverr at least.

No, you don't have a level. You probably lost it because your success core is too low. That automatically makes you lose many advantages.

Level 0 cannot able to promote. You may read the fiverr help here "Which Gigs can be promoted?" section.

Officially Pro is one of the elegibility criteria. Its not about why or why not. We are heading towards Level 1 and Level 2 anyway. 

Everyone has a different point of view. Maybe OP does the same. 🙂

From where you got this information? Could you please share with us that why only Pro is the eligibility criteria for it?

What about Level 1 and 2 sellers that why promoted gig feature is allowed to them? We are talking about you here.. not OP..

I never used the word ONLY. You better read it again. It says Pro is ONE of the eligibility criteria, which means Pros are among level 1 and 2 eligible to promote their gigs.

Navid has already shared and I am sharing it again. Yellow highlighted line at the bottom.

OP needs help here so we should talk about what he needs.

@Kesha Do you have any solution to do so? My gigs are ineligible for promotion from past few months. Is there a way to make sales on fiverr now? Fiverr has demoted my account due to inactivity. I'd appreciate your fastest response in this matter.

Could you please read the difference in the context. You really need to improve your understanding in english.

I don't have to take any test as I already am doing well.. Far better than you! (even without promoted gigs).

You need to understand how the new level system works. Get knowledge first! :classic_huh: (facepalm)

To me both threads are identical.
You have been told why you can't use promoted gigs. Maybe there is something wrong with your translation software that you can't understand the answers (we all know your English level is not Native/Bilingual as you wrongly state on your profile).

I really don't think anyone can help. All you can do is get back to level one (if I remember well, everyone from that level has it. Maybe be not - you'd have to check...but yeah.) Seriously.  Levelling back up is the key.

My best bet is that your gigs show up as ineligible (instead of you just not even having the feature show up) because you did once have access to promotions, so you need to be able to see the old stats. That sadly doesn't make it a glitch or similar. 

The best way for you forward will be studying what people want right now and using your skills to do those things. 

I went through this a few years ago. With AI, writing has become a very rough niche. What I did was simple - learn new things to be able to still do well.
