About quick response

I'm seeing a change in Quick Response after some Fiverr updates. Which was not the case previously. And I think it's a violation of the Fiverr's TOS of the review to the buyer. But here they themselves are updating it on Quick Response. So now this topic can be used here?

Asking for a Review/Feedback is not a violation of TOS. Asking for a POSITIVE review/feedback is the voilation.
