Recently, I am very dissatisfied with Fiverr's new support system! When I click Help and Support > Contact Us. This opens a popup. The popup only knows the basics and suggests fiver articles. But technical and internal problems require Fiverr customer care support. Unfortunately I can't open a support ticket because of the popup. Also I can't show my gig status and other tools I can easily access the old support system. I think Fiverr needs to improve their support system or bring back the old support system.

If anyone suggest me or send the link how can I open a support ticket, It will helpful for me 🙂

Also if you suggest me how I can see my gig active status through fiverr support?

Yes the new way it works with the new chat system they've put in the "contact us" option (that isn't actually contacting support, at least not directly, so it's putting something on the wrong button), is bad. And it sends your info to 3rd parties (even if it might contain something that might be a security risk to send to 3rd parties).

You could contact them at support@fiverr.com instead, but that won't tell you your active gig status (whether it's fully active in search).

To contact them now you're probably supposed to ask the chatbot to contact customer support or ask it things until it knows it can't help with it and then send you/send the info to customer support.

That's a good tip. 

I had to deal with it recently because my client’s account got compromised while I had an active order with them. A very interesting situation to find yourself in. 

The way it works is that you describe your problem and the bot gives you a few unhelpful, semi-related answers. After you get through those, it asks if you need help creating a CS ticket. You say ‘yes’, send over the inquiry, and get the confirmation to your email that the ticket was generated. Your next contact will be with a human Fiverr CS agent.

Keep in mind the premium seller plus rates have gone up as well. It's more money for a shittier service. This is classic Enshittification (yes it's a real thing and yes this is a real case of it).
