I’ll definitely keep these tips in mind as I work toward reaching that goal. I also appreciate the mention of Seller Plus—sounds like a great option for additional support. Hi,

my success score has been stuck at 4/10 for 2 years now. I've made lots of good sales with a maximum score left by customers. I have all the other qualities needed to move up to level 1 (rating, response rate, orders, unique clients, earnings) but it's only the success score that's not increasing, and I can't get in touch with anyone to sort it out.

Success score is only 10 months old, my friend. 

Also you have a recent 1 -star review, it will keep hurting your profile and gigs.

Even before receiving 1 star, I was already stuck at 4/10.

What's more, it's a shame that when a customer gives a bad rating when he's wrong, you can't report it and have the bad rating removed.

Now, even better, they've removed my voice-over service altogether, and I have no way of reactivating it.

It is normal to experience a fluctuation in orders from month to month. This can be due to a number of factors including the number of buyers on the platform. December and January can tend to be slower due to the holidays for example.
