My withdrawal option was disabled

I was trying to link my payooner account with my fiverr account and sees the withdrawal options was disabled, what can cause it and what's the solution to it because i want to use the funds on the account for my wife hospital bills

For security purposes, fiverr is disabled 24 hours after adding a first-time Payoneer.

You will be withdrawing funds after 24 hours.

Have not added any first payooner yet, I just want to link it yesterday and I see am not able to link it

Hi there, sorry to read your withdrawal method is disabled. I've just checked this, and sadly it's disabled because your account is restricted altogether.
