I can't select the PayPal option when I try to accept an order, and now I have a $400 charge on my credit card.

In the 'How you'll receive' step, the PayPal option was not available. So I tried to proceed with the credit card. In the support message, it was checked if I had funds on the card, and then a $400 purchase was made. How can I cancel this purchase, and how do I use PayPal for receiving payments?

You're on a fake page. Look at the URL at the top. Any URL that doesn't end in "fiverr.com" isn't part of Fiverr (even if it has "fiver." at the start it's still not part of Fiverr without "fiverr.com" at the end).

You could contact your bank and try and get that payment disputed/cancelled. The "support chat" that you've shown is the scammer's page.

You could try to contact the real Fiverr customer support at the helpdesk (but I doubt they'll refund you). If you want to contact them online see the "contact us" option at the bottom of this page: https://help.fiverr.com/hc/en-us/

though that link will force you to use the Fiverr chatbot first before you can contact support. Or you can use support@fiverr.com email address.

You don't need to select card details to work on an order. If you have an order it will show on your Fiverr dashboard and you might receive a notification through email if you've set that up. Don't give out your email address to any buyer too.
