I ran into a problem after purchasing Seller Plus!!!

I was sent a manager who was last active 7 months ago, I can't see his profile, messages are not getting through.

At the same time neither chatbot nor in the knowledge base there is no data about it. In the technical support section there is no possibility to contact technical support.

I was just screwed!  What should I do? How can I contact fiverr tech support?

I'm a little confused - are you sure this was your manager? It looks like you were trying to order something from them (or was that just while trying to connect with them?) 

CS can be reached through th eir email, which I believe is 

support@fiverr.com

There should also be an option to reach them through the chatbot, but this might be easier .

It seems like you have been scammed where a scammer pretended to be a Seller Plus Manager!! And someone possibly sold you a fake seller plus membership too. 

This is NOT HOW Fiverr sends emails with such contact buttons for Success Managers. They are not accessible via chats either like this.

support@fiverr.com doesn't work either, no matter what I write they send me the same response template.

Is there any way to contact tech support directly? without AI, bots and other nonsense? maybe there is a mailbox or phone number of these cheaters?

I've generally had good luck with CS, you just need to ask them to read what you wrote carefully. 

But what are they seeing exactly? Are they telling you to reach out again? Or...?
