Fiverr Restricted my account that was 4+ years old

Hello, everyone.

I’ve been a Fiverr seller since January 2020, always maintaining strict professionalism and delivering quality work with full dedication. Recently, my account got restricted. I'm reaching out here to ask if anyone has faced a similar situation or could offer any guidance on how to proceed. Any tips or advice on next steps would be greatly appreciated! Pleaseeeee help me I am really concerned and sad.

Maybe it happened by mistake. It would be better if you wait for a response from customer support.

Actually, this week, a similar situation happened with one or two other sellers who posted here. However, after a review, their accounts were restored. Furthermore, the Fiverr staff team here can guide you in this matter. @milos_siena @Lena

Has it been restored?

Just wanted to let you know that yesterday, some other sellers, including myself, had their accounts temporarily disabled due to a technical issue. Thankfully, things are now being restored. Hopefully, the issue on your end is also just a technical glitch.

Not restored, this is the reply that I got from customer support, I am extremely concerned please someone help me.

Did you do any academic work like assignment related tasks?

Totally my bad! I didn’t mean to go against any rules, I was not aware that its not allowed. and my main work was article writing and poetry writing. Is there any way to get my account back? I’ll make sure to follow all the guidelines from now on. I am really concerned about it. please let me know

It's difficult now, You should have studied about your services on Fiverr first to see if they are allowed or not. That’s why they say it’s important to research before starting anything.

Well, you can still try reaching out to customer support once, but I don’t think it will change anything because rules are rules.

I understand that this could be a difficult time for you, but during this period, you can explore new things. A period of downfall is a time for learning; you can learn a lot of new things and come back even stronger.

Well, you cannot create a new account using your existing ID because one person can only have one Fiverr account in their lifetime.

Perhaps, you could seek help from your sister or brother. Additionally, @milos_siena  could provide you with better guidance on this matter.

@milos_siena, could you guide the OP on what they should do in this regard?

Unfortunately No. Your journey on Fiverr is over so do not try to create another account because that will also get banned. 

It'd be a lot better if you read TOS so that you'd understand more about Fiverr and its rules:
