Incomplete order, and Buyer is not responding

Hi Expert,

   I have received 10-15 incomplete orders in the last three months. The customer has not sent the required materials for the project.  I have some question,

Do I need to do anything to that order?

If I cancel, Is there any negative image on my account? like success score etc

These buyers didn't add requirements, so if they cancel, it won't have a negative impact. You can contact Customer Support about this and inform them; they'll be happy to assist you.

You don't have many options beyond following up and connecting with CS to have them reach out to these buyers
