Hi everyone!

I hope I can find some help or advice! I had a very nice gig for years, making art.

Last week I made a whole new gig representation picture for myself to give my gig a new look. For a week I watched the statistics of the gig and saw that it doesn't get so much better impressions with the new picture. Because of that, I decided to change it just a little bit, to make it more appearing to the eye, so I changed its background color to a darker one. I uploaded it again, and after an hour I checked my gig and it got removed from my profile and got denied. My theory is fiverr noticed that this picture was already existing on the internet with only one color change in it...but I uploaded the original too.

Could that cause this? I got a message via email that the gig was removed because of the representation picture not being original, so this is my only guess. I have proof of the pictures made by me, I have the source files with all of the layers and a timelapse video of making it (since I used procreate). Currently I am waiting for the support to reply and help me. It is very important for me, I had a 5.0 rating with 200+ reviews, and years of work there.

Please, is there anyone who were in a similar situation, who can give me any advice what to do? I am really worried.

Hi @sacarts, sorry to read this was the case with your most popular Gig. I see that you've contacted our CS team in the meantime, they're working on this with a relevant team and as soon as they get an update, they'll let you know, so thanks for your patience in advance. Good luck 🍀
