The "Increased Earnings Share Program" is a beta feature on Fiverr, designed exclusively for Pro sellers. By paying a $600 quarterly fee, Pro sellers can earn a higher percentage from repeat clients, creating long-term business relationships. The program’s tiered model rewards sellers by reducing Fiverr’s standard 20% fee as their client relationships grow. Eligible orders from repeat and new clients in the past three years are considered, as long as participation is continuous. If a seller cancels and later rejoins, any prior order history is reset, meaning only new orders will count toward the increased earnings share.

Upon joining, Pro sellers see their increased earnings in a dedicated dashboard and receive monthly email reports. Payments occur on the first of each month for eligible orders completed in the prior month. For example, if you join on September 5, the increased earnings will reflect from October 1.

I'm honored to be chosen for this Beta program—it's an amazing opportunity! With this feature, I foresee earnings growth, potentially reaching $1,200 earnings instead of $1000 and $6000 earnings instead of $5000, with valuable, consistent client relationships. This could greatly enhance revenue over the coming weeks as I build even stronger client connections.

this program is not meant for individual pro sellers like us but its meant for FIVERR PRO AGENCIES.

That’s very strange. Do you think we're part of the Beta just for testing purposes and might be removed later because we're only sellers?

Based on how it looked on my end - it looked as if I was already subscribed to the feature (which I definitely was NOT) so I'm wondering if it was just a visual / feature glitch as they implemented it?

It would be a shame because it was truly a great opportunity to boost earnings, not to mention a solid monthly goal to strive for. Not that we needed it, but it was a great incentive to keep improving even more.

Fiverr is slowly turning into a pay for play website. One day its "Paid Promotions" the next its "Seller Plus Memberships" and now a membership to keep more of your earnings. Soon we will be paying to host our profiles on the website. Or perhaps we will have a membership to access the other memberships 🙂

What about the folks that pay ($39 + Tax) x 12 on the seller plus program. For me that's about $528.  Why can't I benefit from keeping more of my earnings.

Soon I'll be paying

  1. $528 per year for seller plus.
  2. $600 to keep more of my earnings ( On Repeat orders only)
  3. $1200 minimum on promoted gigs

That's abut $2300pa. That doesn't even factor in the possibility that they may increase the rates again as they did with seller plus. it's becoming harder to justify why fiver should keep 20%. They are creatively increasing their commission without doing it directly. Them saying that they are now taking a 30% commission would cause an uprising.

Ps - I really love Fiverr and what it has done for me over the years. It's just that some of the decisions they have been making don't make sense. Well they do make sense if you look at it from a shareholders point of view, Not through the eyes of a freelancer.

Well, nothing is mandatory. This particular program shown above is for a very limited amount of people and it seems to have all kinds of restrictions. Plus, $600 per quarter is a lot of money, what if you can't get your money's worth from it. I don't see this as a necessity, unless you have people that order from you in the $1000+ range every single time. Which few people do here.

As for Seller Plus, it's not mandatory either, and aside from maybe withdrawing money faster, few to no services there are even useful, at least for me.

Paid Promotions aren't really helpful either. It's a bonus where you MIGHT get some extra clients, but you pay for that, and now that everyone has access to the feature, it's very much a lottery when it comes to whose gigs will have more exposure.

My point is, you can easily get by simply via not paying a dime here. You could use all these extra services, but nothing is mandatory and I am sure a lot of people are doing well without any of these. I shut down paid promotions because it's a waste of money now that everyone has access to it. However, I still have Seller Plus because I use some of those features. However, it's my choice, and I don't see it being a pay to win thing. If anything, there are many features that go unused just because they aren't for me. Coupons.. I can lower the price myself via a custom offer... sending messages to bring clients back, I can do that myself, etc.

Hmm. This is very true. None of the subscriptions are mandatory. However,  My concern is that:

  1. Fiverr can easily take away features from non subscribers in the future. They can hide features behind a pay walls.
  2. The algorithm can change and start favouring sellers that are subscribers. I don't know how but it is a possibility for the future of the platform.
  3. Fiverr has all the power to make subscriptions mandatory in the future

I can't predict what Fiverr's long term play is. The current features could be signs of what is to come. I can only hope that their vision will not hurt our ability to be good and loyal sellers on the platform.

These services have been available for years, and they did not take anything away. They just add stuff behind a paywall, stuff that's nice to have, but not mandatory. For example, withdrawing money faster is nice, but you can wait 14 days for the same thing...

They know it's in their best interests not to do that. And as a subscriber, I don't see any difference, it's just access to more resources and tools. Which for me, most of them are useless.

They also have the power to charge people for using the platform. And they can charge a 30% fee instead of 20%. They know the market, see the competitors, and know better. The fact that they start allowing a lower percentage for Pro sellers shows me that eventually, we might get something like this in Seller Plus.

Regardless, I don't see these services as something mandatory. They are fine, but nothing that EVERY seller should have. I guarantee those that have the most success on the platform barely need these features, if they use them at all.
