Why does Fiverr block some of my conversations with my clients?

Do you have an example (with the buyer's username blurred out)? It's quite likely to be spam, but it's hard to tell without knowing for sure.

As mentioned above, the username of the buyer shouldn't show. 

But based on this they either got banned for spamming or deleted their account (maybe they blocked you but that sounds unlikely.) Not much you can do.
