To confirm my order as a seller Fiverr took me 135€

Unfortunately, you got scammed!! Please contact Fiverr support and report the account/conversation which scammed you. Check with your bank if they can reverse the fraudulent transaction. 

You started another topic asking why your clients are blocked? Fiverr's system detects spam or scammers and blocks their accounts automatically to keep the sellers safe but their success rate is kind of low.

you did not understand my request, I am a service provider, yesterday a client made me an offer and in the manipulation to accept it via the email that fiverr sent me I had to enter my card and I followed the instructions of fiverr. I had to pay 135€ to fiverr

Unfortunately, @priyank_mod was right. 

You were scammed. 

By now we can tell it just at a first glance because so many people fall for it. 

The client who sent you (I assume the screenshot) was in fact a scammer with a fake site set up. I'm guessing they asked for your email address. Once they had that, they could easily pose as Fiverr and take your money. 

Fiverr did NOT take your money. 

The scammers did.
