Increased earnings share subscription... what does it all mean?

So, I've just noticed this thing. 

Is there any information available on it? 

It also says, "Increased earnings from cleared orders will be added to your balance within the first five days of next month."

I would say it means reduced fees on orders from returning customers 😅 but it can't be that good, can it?

I have it as well but I'm not a pro...or an agency. The article above seems to be it but it's kind of strange for me to see it. 

Oh well, I guess we'll find out eventually.

I guess this article is bit older and feature might be available to PRO before

and now extending to all...

No, it was not available till yesterday to Pro sellers either. 

It popped up today only. And possibly they were integrating it with the system yesterday and multiple people were having issues with their chats, deliveries and accounts. Even my earnings withdrawal got cancelled yesterday as the system was quite buggy.

Hard to say. I've gotten mails / notifications that looked like only PRO were supposed to get before as well so it could easily be a glitch at least in my case.

This is what I was thinking - but if that's the case it's quite a huge issue and the new system would potentially need lots of work to ensure it doesn't happen again... right?

I don't know so much about how websites work but I frequently test games / etc. and, well, what happened yesterday is certainly a "game breaking" bug.

I'm wondering if Fiverr is changing something at the core of the system (agencies vs single sellers seems to be a huge thing) and some unfortunate people were just caught in the middle. 

EDIT: I know don't have it on my page, so for me it was just a bug I guess. Oh well 😄

Yes, they started work on this entire bit in 2022 (I was privy to a questionnaire about this) and now its unfolding. Again, its about the scale and maybe they are trying to do away with marketplace clutter of $5 sellers and focus more on orders/retainers running into few hundred to thousands of dollars per month. (that's what description of $600 fee and example of $9000 billing indicates). 

In search results also - now agencies get a much bigger SPOT compared to thumbnails of regular sellers. 

And honestly, the way agency thumbnail looks in the search results, even I would click on the agency before a freelancer.

I don't have it too 😁

In its current state, it's useless for me since I don't have that amount of orders from returning customers (I could barely cover that $600 payment).
