Please I haven't heard anything from the fiverr support team 4days after my Account was flagged

Fiverr support team has not responded to my last message for over days now, and I seriously need feedback and updates to know that my account is being worked on.

Please Is there a special way of contacting them, I don't want to open multiple tickets  I already have 2 opened up already.

We understand that you are worried, but please rest assured that our Customer Support will handle your ticket. They are working on it continuously. We are just asking you to please be patient as we are currently experiencing a high volume of inquiries. Which is why there is a delay in response. No need to open additional tickets as it will be difficult to keep up with multiple requests. 

We appreciate your understanding and patience.
