How to talk to a real person of Fiverr support center?

I could have created a support ticket earlier, but Fiverr has integrated an AI chatbot for support. I provided a prompt to connect with a real person, and it took my message as input to send to the support center. However, after entering my message, it fails to send it to them. Is there any way to speak directly with a real person in the support center?

Send an email to the Fiverr support team. Search on Google, and you will find it (Or YouTube).

Is contact feature replaced by chatbot in the support section?
