Personal and business info during fiverr gig creation

As part of the Gig creation process, i was asked to complete the "Personal & business information", next i clicked on "No, I'm an individual." and then it was done, i was allowed to publish my gig, wasn't i supposed to verify my identity?

yes i haven't published it yet as i was looking into this issue
