Fiverr support - no support

Why fiverr support can't deal with bad sellers? If they own the platform surely they have the authority to enforce rules and control seller begaviour as seller would be interested to keep the business going? But on top if it close the support ticket with no support provided is something I have never seen before on any other platform. The last message was we will get in touch.. ticket closed, when trying to follow up the page refreshes and can't do anything... dissapointed
