Very weird bug

Suddenly, all my inbox conversations (except 4 active and 3 archived, seemingly at random) have disappeared. We had some ongoing leads we were talking to, including promoted gigs, and they are all gone from our inbox. 

If I go to any profile of any user directly (using their username url), the "contact me" button is greyed out.

Other than this, everything seems normal in my account. No open orders disappeared, nothing got canceled, etc. But anyone with no current order opened (included past clients) can't be contacted, and their conversations are gone.

No idea what's going on, never seen anything like this before.
