Question

Hi everyone,

Has anyone else had their Fiverr account blocked without any prior warning? My gig even held the "Fiverr Choice" badge, and I’ve been on Fiverr for over 4 years without ever violating the terms.

  1. How can I find out why my account is blocked and best way to contact Fiverr support for clarity?
  2. Has anyone been able to get their account reinstated after a similar situation?
  3. Also, I’m curious if the earnings currently in clearance will still be available for withdrawal.

Interestingly, I’m still receiving email notifications when clients message me, even though my account is currently blocked!

Thanks in advance for any advice or insights!

Apparently this is an issue they are looking into now across multiple accounts

My account manager was super quick getting back to me to stop me from having a heart attack!

Can I ask what your account manager has said? I have already contacted fiverr customer service and have already submitted a ticket still waiting for their feedback to this random account disable.

It is some sort of automated block. Apparently it's a major bug.

File a ticket, but they will probably fix this.

According to the email I received, I'm not allowed to contact the Support Team. Previously, my portfolio wasn’t visible, but now I can see it again—though my account remains inaccessible.

Hi. How do you write a ticket from the disabled account? I just send email to support@fiverr.com

I made a new account using a different email. But just made it to establish contact with customer support.

You have violated the rules by creating a new account whether it was to contact Fiverr Support or not. Did you send an email to Fiverr Support at support@fiverr.com ?

All my conversations (except 4 active and 3 archived) have disappeared. We had some ongoing leads, including promoted gigs, and they are all gone from our inbox.

If I go to any profile of any user directly (using their username url), the "contact me" button is greyed out.

Other than this, everything seems normal in my account. No open orders disappeared, nothing got canceled, etc. But anyone with no current order opened (included past clients) can't be contacted.

No idea what's going on, never seen anything like this before.

Hi everyone, my account was recently disabled, but it’s now back up and running. Unfortunately, all my active orders—three in total—were canceled during the downtime. As a Top-Rated and Fiverr Pro Seller, I’m curious if anyone knows how this might affect our stats or what steps to take to recover from it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Same here! My top rated account got blocked without any warning for no reason at all, all orders with my frequent clients cancelled automatically, a milestone order that was already partially accepted by the client now appears as refunded, resulting with my fiverr account overdrawn! Meanwhile, my account was restored and some clients already have accepted a new custom offer at least. This is maximum insanity!
