Exactly 6 days ago I noticed my account was sending out messages to other freelancers requesting their personal information. I immediately reported this to Fiverr with screenshots. I eventually lost all access to my account @lisa_dataentry_. Even the email address assigned to that account was changed but I was able to regain control of the account and change my password. I received a response from Fiverr the following day letting me know that my account was disabled and that I should provide the following to verify ownership: 

  • PayPal email address that was last used on the account
  • Payoneer Customer ID (not Payee ID)
  • Security question’s answer
  • A full number of your registered phone number.

I recently checked my account status and this is the message I was given. I think it's unfair that after almost 4 years on this platform, I'm about to lose everything.

Sorry to hear about your account..

Unfortunately, Fiverr Support is not here to help you so you will have to contact them by emailing them. We, the sellers cannot help you in resolving your issue.
