Why i am unable to open fiverr support ticket

I am really worry

Is this fiverr new bug?

i am unable to open fiverr ticket

when i click on contact us bot chat is opening intead of opening old interface check out ( capture screenshoot )

Please fiverr we want old interface help center not bot chat

Yeah, there seems to be a bug or wrong hyperlinking to chat bot. 

I was facing the same challenge, so I sent an email to support and my request got registered with ticket number.

from email and chatbox is very difficult process

Is there a current way to go to the help desk and create a support ticket (current URL) without going through the new chatbot (that sends private info to 3rd parties, from what I read last time I used it. Since if you need to contact customer support, likely it's about stuff you don't want sent to 3rd parties since it could be confidential, and you may not want to spend ages going through lots of different chatbot questions to contact Cs)?
