Question
bosha14
hi everyone
I’ve been having issues with my success score for months now, and I’m really hoping someone here can help shed light on this. I was a Level 2 seller before Fiverr introduced the new system, but since then, I was reset to Level beginner and now level one from 3 month and my success score has been stuck at 6, even though I’ve done everything I can to improve it.
I have two active gigs: one with a success score of 6 and the other at 8. The gig with a 6 shows a “client satisfaction negative impact” rating, but I don’t have a single bad review or any recent client complaints. My orders are conflict-free, and I’ve even seen a “positive impact” for order cancellation rates.
I’ve reached out to Fiverr support multiple times, but they keep pointing me to the general guidelines, which I’ve already followed. Has anyone else experienced this? How can I have a negative impact on client satisfaction with no bad reviews? Any tips on improving the score would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
