Struggling with Success Score Despite Good Reviews—Any Advice?

Question

Posted

hi everyone

I’ve been having issues with my success score for months now, and I’m really hoping someone here can help shed light on this. I was a Level 2 seller before Fiverr introduced the new system, but since then, I was reset to Level beginner and now level one from 3 month and my success score has been stuck at 6, even though I’ve done everything I can to improve it.

I have two active gigs: one with a success score of 6 and the other at 8. The gig with a 6 shows a “client satisfaction negative impact” rating, but I don’t have a single bad review or any recent client complaints. My orders are conflict-free, and I’ve even seen a “positive impact” for order cancellation rates.

I’ve reached out to Fiverr support multiple times, but they keep pointing me to the general guidelines, which I’ve already followed. Has anyone else experienced this? How can I have a negative impact on client satisfaction with no bad reviews? Any tips on improving the score would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Most likely you received a few negative private reviews and they are affecting your gigs.

Success score is kind of rigid (designed to be stable.. like Fiverr says), so it would take a lot of orders with good (public+private) reviews to negate the bad private reviews and lift the metrics as well as your gig/success score up!!

PS Public 5-star ratings don't count for much. They are purely aesthetics!!

Honestly, one reason for negative private reviews is that most sellers try to rush through orders like they don't inform clients about revisions. They don't say that until you're satisfied, you can request changes. They don't mention that with the package you chose, you can make only so many changes. They just focus on the money, finding ways to quickly include it in their funds.
