How can I avoid scammers ?

I am a new seller on fiverr and I have made about four gigs. But the thing is that some people have been trying to ask me about my email and they sort of provide a screenshot showing that if they wanna purchase a service from me, they would have to put the seller's email. About four people have contacted me asking about my email and I have not been answering them because I am not sure.
