Hey everyone! I'm new to the forum and could use some advice on an issue I've been struggling with. I've been active on Fiverr since 2021 and haven’t had problems until now. I worked my way up to Level 1 and was almost eligible for level 2, but after a seven-month break, my success rate dropped, and I was demoted to Level 0. Now, despite trying everything I can think of, I’m not getting any new orders.

Here's what I've done so far:

  • Optimized my gigs for SEO as best as possible
  • Created new gig graphics and updated descriptions with hooks

Unfortunately, I can no longer use paid promotions for my gigs, and my impressions just keep dropping (currently between 5 and 15 impressions a day, with 0 clicks). I'm honestly at a loss for what else I can do to regain traction on the platform. If anyone has any tips, I’d be incredibly grateful!

I learned last holiday season not to take extended breaks. I took ten days off for Christmas and found it very challenging to recover from.

I am not sure what the problem is. It seems that your gig has a good score (8). Then there is a note about you not being eligible, and a note that you are 🤔.

It seems based on what I see that you didn't disappear from the search results or pushed to last pages, but you say that stats dropped a lot. It looks like your rates are good for level up.

Do you see your success score on your page ?

My success score says ''-'', so I think that's equal to 0? All of my stats were perfectly fine, but then the success score was introduced, and I ended up on level 0. It's difficult because as long as I don't get any new orders, I won't be able to improve my success score.

I am in the same situation as you. Although I have just upgraded to seller level 2 about a month ago, the number of impressions and clicks is still very low (about 5-10 impressions/gig per day). Moreover, no new customers have contacted me in the past month. I am just a little luckier than you because I have received a few orders from an old customer.
