This is not the first time I have heard about this -- as other people were also complaining about this bug a few weeks ago. I thought it was resolved but just today, I experienced it (not completely sure though).

The client was very satisfied with the services and then I received a 4.7 rating (4 star in the quality of delivery) but the catch is that this was not the actual rating the client left. Although I do not usually ask clients why they left a low rating, but I was confident in this case that the client was exceptionally satisfied, so I approached him asking what I could improve to improve my services.

This is how the communication went:

I am still not sure if this was a misclick by the buyer or a glitch (as it was definitely there a few weeks ago), so I would like to hear other's thoughts. Has anyone experienced a similar incident recently and is anyone else noticing this glitch?

This has happened to me as well, but I was the one leaving a review. I tapped on 5 stars, but it selected 4 instead. This happened on my cell; however, once I opened the browser on my PC, then it worked just fine.

Not sure whether your client misclicked or was/is it just a glitch.

It happens from time to time, always with the “Value of delivery.” Half of the time, the buyer also leaves a generous tip, while, apparently, being bothered by the price. Or maybe it's supposed to be a general statement about how your work doesn't have that much value to them in the grand scheme of things. Like, in life.

I honestly just gave up at this point.

It seems to be when people rate from the phone. I had a 4.7 yesterday, and as Lena said, it's always with value of delivery it seems. Eh, not a huge deal, what matters is that people are happy. I can only assume whenever someone taps, the app might not register the customer's taps correctly.

As I also got 4 Star review by an exceptionally satisfied buyer who had also given me a tip at end of order.

I don't know they intentionally do it or its glitch, as i am not experienced much yet. You replied and strengthened my same query yesterday, so dear senior its part of the game, relax and focus on next order.
