Guidance for bit strange buyer feedback

Hello fellow community members and senior Sellers,

I am taking your time to share my thoughts on bit strange buyers' feedback. Few days ago I delivered an order well before time and provided best services above her expectations. She was an experienced/ Old buyer on Fiverr. Lady appreciated the efforts and awarded me a tip as well but i got astonished to see her feedback/ review on my service as it wasn't in my expectations. She was happy and was much appreciating me, but her feedback was very normal.

Again Yesterday, I got very same experience as yesterday. I received the tip from a different buyer of Italy. Project got completed within few hours and Buyer was happy and appreciating the efforts/ Commitments.

They both left 4-star review. Kindly it is requested from all fellows to see it and guide me how can i handle this trauma. I had done best and received the tip from buyers but why they left a very WEAK and NORMAL REVIEW of my services.

You are a new seller with just 6 reviews -- so I can totally understand that anything less than 5 stars might feel disappointing. But 4 stars are not bad at all! On Fiverr, you will need to prepare yourself and stay mentally strong, as there can be more tougher scenarios -- like buyers leaving 1 or 2 stars, canceling orders or even worse cases -- trying to scam you.

There's nothing traumatic about getting a 4 star review. It’s completely normal. Sometimes buyers just give random ratings or it could be their cultural thing where they don’t give a full 5. Just let it go and focus on your next order!

Even tipping is also a cultural courtesy for many buyers. 

They don't necessarily leave a tip because they are feeling ecstatic after the delivery.
