I got to know that even 5 Star on my gigs, i have these negative and its effecting me lot in updated success score.

1- Client satisfaction - Strong negative impact
2- Effective communication -Negative impact


How and where need i work usually i communicate on messages not on order page is that factor affects me ? Kind Suggestion by your experience is recommended.
