I’m reaching out because it's been three days since I opened my ticket, and I still haven’t received any real help. The issue is with my security question—I have everything documented correctly, but every time I input my answer, the system keeps telling me it’s incorrect. This is beyond frustrating. I rely on Fiverr as a core part of my work, and I feel completely blocked out over a technical issue that I’ve tried my best to resolve on my own.

Please, I’m reaching out to ask for human support to resolve this quickly. It feels like I'm only getting automated responses, and I need someone who can truly understand this issue and help me regain access. Please don’t leave me stuck here.

Thank you for any help you can give to resolve this.

Hello @katharina_rein 

We can see that our Customer Support responded to ticket #12424250 on November 5th. Please stay in communication with them as they are the only ones who can solve this issue for you. They marked the ticket as solved as you never replied to that email. Please respond to ticket #12424250 and provide the information requested by the CS.

Hello, I am getting the same issue here....my security question is well documented but the systems say otherwise. Now I reached out to support but they are not replying my tickets I don't understand this reason behind this please help me.

I am dealing with the same issue but haven't taken any action yet. I am pretty sure about my answer. I will try once again before reaching out to CS. I think every fellow member should check theirs.

We are just asking you to please be patient as we are currently experiencing a high volume of inquiries. This is the reason for the slight delay in their response. Please refrain from opening additional tickets as it will be difficult to keep up with multiple requests.

  • Thanks  Lena, I really appreciate this reply. However I jut want to be sure support will answer me as my account was already flagged and the link will expire in less than 4 days if I can't get my funds out so I was hoping support could help me resolve this before the time or will they extend my time so I don't lose my hard earned money.

    I really appreciate Lena, but I really need this help, thisfunds please.
