Yesterday I got an order from a buyer that I personally know. On second day as we were talking in order chat about the design of the app I was building the order was cancelled by fiverr customer service team. what could be the reason as per the buyer, he did not ask for cancellation. And also I can not chat with the buyer anymore. I did generate a ticket and waiting for response. It looks like that buyer was banned from Fiverr that's why your order got cancelled so nothing can be done now.

Also, is it your second account? Because I cannot find any gig on your profile plus profile picture (Fiverr's) is different from this account (saadimir) ?

I just logged in with google for posting this question. This email is not linked with my fiverr acount.

Probably you will lose both accounts if you play around with logins like this!!

may I know why? I thought fiverr and fiverr forum are separate.

There's still a link. eg. some sections of the forum are for seller plus members only - so it knows to only show those sections of the forum to sellers whose Fiverr account has subscribed to Seller Plus.

You can also go to the forum account settings and somewhere there it might say "Updating email address here when Fiverr email address changes".

And you created a forum account with a different username than your Fiverr username, but which is the same as an existing Fiverr user. What happens if that Fiverr user wants to join the forum with his username?

As far as I know the forum username chosen is supposed to be the same as your Fiverr.com site username. Though you could check that with Fiverr staff (eg. customer support or the Fiverr forum staff).

I am wondering one thing: Your existing account (saadimir) was created in October 2017 whether it was created for posting in the Forum or not, why didn't you use it for selling purpose? Why another account for selling purpose?

Hi there, since you know the buyer personally, feel free to ask them what happened to their account, as our CS team cannot share information on another user's account.
