  1. 1. Are you getting good results from Gig promotion?

I assume your orders, impressions, clicks and messages from new customers have reached an all-time low. Is this the reason for your question?

You have collected 3 bad reviews in a very short time. Maybe there are bad private reviews from these buyers themselves. Those bad reviews will affect your account for 3 to 6 months. I don't think promoted gigs will help you.

@filipdevaere please answer; I am very confused about one thing.  I know only one person can run or create fiverr account with one IP.  But if someone suddenly comes and connects to my wifi and enters his fiverr account, will the account be banded?

No, having multiple people logging into different Fiverr accounts on the same wifi network will not usually result in an automatic account ban. Fiverr understands that shared networks, such as those in homes or offices, can be  used by multiple users. Fiverr is looking for suspicious activity such as the same person creating multiple accounts.

As far as I know, if someone on your network is logging into their own Fiverr account and there are no other signs of abuse or violation of the rules, this should not normally be a problem. However, I would not take any chances and not allow that person on your network. If necessary, change the password of your network so that he certainly cannot use it anymore.

If that other person offers the same services as you, can have problems if Fiverr finds out.

I think you have given a very correct answer and have pointed out my desired problem, thank you very much. I have had very bad experiences with all three clients and they have given me negative feedback even when I have done their work properly. You are really a great person and very experienced, I respect you very much, hope to get such good answers from you in future too, thanks.
