When I first came to FIVERR, the graphic design orders I received were terrible because I met some stingy clients. My first order took three days for a $5+10 tip. My second order also took three days for $5. This made me very uncomfortable, so my colleagues told me that in order to avoid repeated revisions, I should make multiple concept designs, but this also increased the workload.

My current charging standard starts at $20, including 2 concept designs. However, some of my clients are still not satisfied with my concept design and ask for revisions, and they also want to get the right to use all my concept designs. I think this business is not cost-effective. How do you balance the relationship between concept design, revision and price? Do you charge extra for your concept designs?

$20 is way too low for a real, good logo, with real strategy.

I wouldn't even give one concept for $20. It's not your job to price the lowest price possible. It IS your job to visually show the client that YOUR design is worth a lot of money. You do that by showing exactly how much effort goes into a logo. A good logo, and brand identity, is not something you can (and should) shake out of your sleeve in an hour.

You get terrible buyers because your price is terrible. They don't see what your design is worth and they only look for cheap, fast orders where they can blame you when something goes wrong.

Sorry, I forgot that I mainly design posters and banners.

My appologies, I mixed up some of your words in the text which led me to read "logo"

I took a look at your profile. IDK if there is anything to worry about since its going alright with only good reviews. Then again, I don't think your "Flyer Design" service should be in that category, but should fall under one of the AI services. Since you use AI in your standard and higher packages.

Your price should reflex the complexity of the design. I see different styles in your gig gallery, one with more work-input than maybe the other. Again as I mentioned, low prices attract low quality buyers, if you feel like these buyers are not the ones you want, maybe change the way you price your services.

This sounds like another issue. You offer "unlimited revisions" and say in your description that you are "Super-flexible to meet your needs"

So ofcourse buyers expect that if you claim it on your page. I don't understand the issue when you clearly give the buyer the impression that he can ask for revisions as long as they are happy

It isn't, because again your price and offerings are not balanced.
