I would like to address a few concerns regarding the structure and timing of orders and payments on the platform. I’ve noticed a recurring pattern where orders only seem to come through toward the end of each month, which has caused some challenges in managing my workflow and financial planning. Additionally, while orders appear on my account, the earnings are held until the end of the month.

For instance, I have had orders totaling $180 recently, and others that amount to $300 over the last two months, yet the payout schedule has remained delayed. I understand that this may be due to processing policies, but this approach has made it difficult to rely on Fiverr as a steady income source, as it seems that both myself and other freelancers receive orders only toward month-end.

I am committed to delivering quality work through Fiverr, but I respectfully ask if there is a way to receive orders and payments in a more balanced and consistent manner. This adjustment could greatly benefit freelancers and enhance overall satisfaction with the platform.

Why do I get orders only at the end of every month, that's only me, my friend, many people work on your site, they get orders only at the end of the month, and you take that money. 😡😡😡😡😡 "You are deceiving everyone, you are the only ones who can be deceived".

I don't know what it is every month the orders come only at the end of the month when the order comes I complete the order and complete everything and after that if the money comes to my account they take the money fiverr the promotion fee is like that promoting is high the money coming is less

Using a promoted gig does not guarantee orders.
When people click on your promoted gig, you have to pay for the click. A click does not mean a buyer will order from you.
It is always possible that you have to pay more for the clicks than what you earn.

I know that and I understand it but why is it that I always get an order at the end of every month

A monthly coincidence?

OK. That was a joke. Fiverr cannot force buyers to place an order at the end of the month.

That's fine but you get a lot of orders from the beginning of every month but my friends and I have seen a lot of people who only get orders at the end of the month and no one understands why. Because I have turned on the promotion that's how the money comes but after the money comes the promotion is more than the money so they take it in full.

Promoted gigs are an additional source of income for Fiverr. I stated this when it was launched and I stand by it. Fiverr is not a charity, they want to make a profit.

With promoted gigs, Fiverr gives you more visibility in the search results. However, there is never a guarantee that you will get orders with it. Every click costs you money. Even now, this conversation on the forum will cost you money. There will be curious forum users who will look at your account. And if these curious people click on your gig(s), it will cost you money.

If you are consistently paying more for your promoted gigs than you are earning, wouldn't you be better off quitting promoted gigs?

Sorry I really have no time to check every day the gigs from somebody.

Every day somebody is asking to check his gigs. All information can be found in the Fiverr helpfiles and on the forum

A lot of people get paid at the end of the month. (Around the 25th or so.) When it comes to hobby projects (which many sellers cater to) would you purchase them before or after payday?

The algorithm definitely does get wonky sometimes (I was advertised wrong again recently for some reason and received a few irrelevant messages) but there's no huge conspiracy behind it. The site is ever-changing. Some weeks are better than others.

You are a freelancer (and you chose this field yourself), so no matter what platform or website you use, you’re always going to see massive drops and ups-and-downs. This is part of freelancing! There are many perks like time flexibility and the ability to take holidays whenever you want -- but all these perks come at a cost and that is fluctuations in performance and massive drops in graph sometimes.

Regarding the payout: you can opt for the Seller Plus subscription and your payments will be processed in 7 days (instead of 14). It’s not something that Fiverr has hidden from you or kept you in the dark about. It’s clearly mentioned in their policies and on payment pages that it takes 14 days to process payments, so it’s up to you to manage your funds and plan your expenses accordingly (in advance).

I recently subscribed to Fiverr’s Seller Plus program, and initially, everything was going smoothly for the first two months. However, by the third month, I noticed an issue: orders are coming in primarily just to cover the Seller Plus fee, with Fiverr taking a portion of that income. It seems that the focus is on covering the promotion fee rather than driving additional orders beyond that. This has become more costly than expected, as the main benefit appears to be promotional exposure.
