They tried to hack me by passing my data

Please I want to know who tried to hack my Fiverr account by checking the login IP, since I have only given my email and password to a few people.

When I tried to access my account, the words were in Arabic. I have already recovered it, but please I want to know the IP of that person and have him banned so that no other user is affected.

Please try to contact Fiverr support team maybe they can give you the IP

You can go to settings->security and it will show devices that are logged in and the locations it thinks those are in (which could be quite inaccurate since it can be based on just IP address if it's a PC. You can also log devices out from there.

edit: If you have email notifications on it also might have sent a notification if a different browser user tried to log in to your account and the approx location.

If you haven't already you should change your password.

Why did you give your (Fiverr?) password to a few people? Isn't that a security risk? Is it a team account?

I just checked and only my devices are listed.

I gave that information for access to my droplet in DigitalOcean, not my Fiverr account, but they had the same password.

Try this link: https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets

That link seems a bit hidden now as the current "help" option that used to go to support (the "contact us" at the bottom of the help section) now goes to Fiverr's AI assistant.

Also make sure all your passwords are different for different sites to help keep things secure, and don't use passwords that are easy to guess.

Why have you copied this message exactly?:

Do you have 2 accounts and are now asking again? Why did you give you email and password to a few people?
