Promoted Gigs are not spending

As you can see in picture attached, it's barely spending anything. I started promoting my gig 5 days ago, and it spent 13 cents the first day and the past 4 days 0. I don't know what is going on, I even upped the daily budget to $10 and CPC to auto to let fiverr decide. I contaced Fiverr support and they just gave me a pre written message about how you need to be a certain level status to promote, which it clearly tells me I can promote it, as I am a level two seller. Any tips on how to get it to spend? Thanks
