this is the 2 soultion to solve this issue 

1st one is (Clear Browser Cache and Cookies) Sometimes,  corrupted data can prevent certain features from working properly. try to clear clear cookies and chases of your browser.

and the 2nd one is 

off all the borwser extention some broswe extenstion may block your click. disable it temporarily and see is it  work for you
